ENTREPRENEURIAL MONITORING a subject that provides students with an opportunity to apply knowledge and skills on how to construct new ideas in business opportunities. Students will be able to apply all of business concepts and strategies acquired. At the end of this subject, students will be able to develop an effective business implementation including store operation, fashion and visual merchandising, customer service and selling, promotion, buying, public relation and publicity, distribution management, mall management, front store business operation and sales promotion.

Unfortunately, much of that talk is based on faulty assumptions or erroneous beliefs about business growth. Growth is a nice linear function that depends in large part upon a business’s strategy and growing bigger is always better. This course consists of introduction to business growth, strategies for growth and growth requires the right leadership, culture and people.
NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT exposes to the basic knowledge of new product development and its strategy in achieving the successful of its development. This course also covers the elements of NPD, design thinking, the composition of NPD and its process. Furthermore, the students will be equipped with the approach to the product development. By the end of the course, students are also expected to internalize and exhibit the importance of creativity and innovation, able to create ideas of new product development and transform them into business opportunities.
ENTREPRENEURIAL PERSONAL BRANDING provides in-depth information on the character study of an entrepreneur involving personal qualities and image building. It is designed to train the students to project a professional image as an entrepreneur. Development of self- confidence and positive attitudes as well as making rational decisions is inculcated throughout the course.
DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT introduces how to develop creativity and innovation and managing risk in starting up a digital business environment. This course will also guide the students on ways to conduct the process of buying and selling and control the business with emphasis on the preparation of i-business plan, thus developing the i-entrepreneurial skills.
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT provides the skills on how to manage personal money wisely and techniques used to manage the financial planning of an organization. The courses discussed theories and concepts of basic financial management as a consideration, in order to make short and long term financial decisions from the aspect of financing and investment. Apart from that, organization’s financial analysis is used to analyze the organization’s financial position.
ENTREPRENEURIAL START-UP will guide student through the entrepreneurial startup process. It begins with awareness and readiness of the student to become an entrepreneur, recognize creative idea through design thinking. Student also will be guide to identify their marketing strategies, organizing financial record and business management. Upon completing this course student be able to launch a business
Apprentice 1 exposes to the real business environment with an industrial mentor guidance including entrepreneurial traits and behavior, social responsibility and current business environment. This course also exposes students the new business opportunity to venture off. Furthermore, the students will be guided with the knowledge of forming a business structure and functions. The students will experience developing the real business functioning based on their own need which assisted by the industrial mentor.
ENTREPRENEURIAL LEADERSHIP is design to provide essential knowledge and leadership skills to meet the challenges of entrepreneurial leadership in the 21st century. Each student brings different levels of knowledge, skills, and abilities (talent) to each leadership experience. The principle role of this course is to expand each student’s talent base, by expanding one’s knowledge and by helping students learn how to think more systematically about leadership situations. Ultimately, students will be able to more effectively use their past experience, combined with knowledge and a rational thought process, to enhance their effectiveness in the many different leadership situations in which they will find themselves as leaders.
